It offers clarity without urgency, boundaries without bitterness, and insight without pathologizing.

Why Sage Advice Exists

Many struggles are not signs of weakness or disorder.  They are nervous-system responses shaped by relationships and systems that required adaptation.

Sage Advice helps name these patterns with compassion -- so choice becomes possible.

Sage Advice is not psychotherapy and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.  It is an educational and reflective offering grounded in lived experience and decades of clinical work.
